Pricing
Initial Interview and meeting -
There is no charge for the initial interview, whether it is
at your home or our office. This is our time for getting to
know you and understand your project. It is also when we
explain our design process, show other projects we've
completed and the services we offer so you can make your
decision from an informed position. Design solutions are not
presented at this time. This meeting typically lasts
approximately one hour.
Design Fees and Agreement -
Each project is unique and thus the design fees are
determined individually after the initial meeting; however,
our minimum design fee is between $2,500 and $5,000. All fees are clearly
outlined in our letter of agreement, describing the scope of
services for the project and what else is included for that
fee.
Purchasing -
If appropriate to the scope of services we will include a
purchasing agreement as part of our letter of agreement. The
presented price on all items purchased through Hale-Williams
Interior Design will be shown on a proposal specifying the
deposits required; balance is due before delivery.
